It has the bright flavors of lime and strawberries mixed with the creamy goodness of sweetened condensed milk. This Strawberry-Lime Festive Jelly Delight is a lot of fun to make and tastes great after a big Christmas meal.
INGREDIENTS
These things are what you’ll need to make this magical dessert:
2 packets (85g each) of strawberry jelly
2 packets (85g each) of lime jelly
2 packets (85g each) of unflavored gelatin
1 can (400ml) of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups boiling water (divided)
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing the mold)
A bundt cake mold or similar
You can make up your flavors or add fruit pieces to the jelly to make it your own.
