Cheesecake Tacos

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream and heavy cream, and beat until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle both sides of each tortilla with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack, creating a taco shell shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove the taco shells from the oven and let them cool completely.
  8. Once the taco shells are cooled, fill each shell with the cheesecake filling.
  9. Top each taco with diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of each taco.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious cheesecake tacos!
