Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and heavy cream, and beat until well combined. Set aside.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle both sides of each tortilla with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack, creating a taco shell shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the taco shells from the oven and let them cool completely.
- Once the taco shells are cooled, fill each shell with the cheesecake filling.
- Top each taco with diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of each taco.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious cheesecake tacos!
