Ingredients:
- 2 cups of peeled and diced fresh peaches
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- Store-bought or homemade pie dough
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the peaches are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the butter and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Follow the same procedure as the apple pies for rolling out dough, filling, sealing, and frying.
